Pilates Day Power-Up: 2-Week Challenge
May is here, and it’s the perfect time to reset, reconnect, and move with intention.
On May 2nd, we celebrate International Pilates Day - a day honoring the practice that has helped millions improve strength, balance, and body awareness.
A little Pilates history
The Pilates Method was created by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900s. Originally called Contrology, it focused on connecting mind and body through precise movement, breath, and control to build strength and flexibility.
From PT Clinics, boutique studios and homes around the world, Pilates has grown into a global practice, but at its heart, it’s all about learning to move with awareness, build strength through the body, and develop a lasting connection with how you move.
Join our Pilates Day Power-Up Challenge
Win a 5-Pack of Reformer Classes!
From May 2 to May 15, join us for a playful two-week challenge designed to help you reconnect with your practice, build strength through the body, and move with greater awareness.
At the end of the two weeks, one lucky participant will win a 5-pack of Reformer classes!
Here’s how it works:
Attend classes: For each class you take during the 2-week period, add your name to the raffle bowl in the studio. The more classes you take, the more chances you have to win.
Leave a Yelp or Google review: Share your experience at our studio. This is your entry into the challenge. If you’ve already left us a review, you’ve completed half the challenge.
It’s simple. It’s fun. And it’s a meaningful way to celebrate International Pilates Day while staying consistent and connected to your practice.
