I have been quietly working on this project for the last few years and am very excited to finally share it with our community. MOVE WITH LIFE is a platform for the wellness-minded, led by experts in the space. We dive into wellness, in its entirety from beauty and pantry essentials, to the self-care rituals we practice.

Meet Eddie Zhao, co-founder of Move With Life
I first connected with Eddie through mutual friends, and knew him from his work at LVMH where he championed brands like Supreme, Rimowa, and Loro Piana. At the time we also carried his skincare brand, YÜLI, which led to us conversing about all things beauty and wellness. Since then, he’s launched a massive media company in China, and has also been named by Vogue China as the most exclusive facialist to the stars, because he’s known to work on the skin of many of the celebrities cast on his shows. Building off this momentum, he’s grown YÜLI to unicorn status, incubated Chinese perfume brand, To Summer, and launched his own consumer brands incubator. Suffice it to say, he’s got his finger on the pulse in the Beauty and Wellness industry.
How it all started
It all started as conversations between me and Eddie over the last few years. A text about the best cupping method here, a DM about vampire facials there. Soon we found ourselves regularly messaging about beauty recommendations and the latest self-care trends, giving editorial-level analysis of why Asian sunscreens were where it’s at, and breaking down the pros and cons of different at-home infrared sauna options. Although Eddie and I come from different backgrounds, our shared passion for wellness runs deep, and our diverse professional experiences brings a comprehensive and fresh voice to the table. We decided to create Move With Life with the goal of developing a platform that is not specific to just one category, but that looks at wellness as a connected whole with input from the people at the forefront, many of whom are behind the products and businesses we love. We would like to think of it as a collection of personal conversations about wellness with people in-the-know.
