Trisha found her love for Pilates over 15 years ago after a visit to her doctor who told her that she should consider giving up jogging or she would need a hip replacement at a young age. Ever since that moment, Trisha learned to appreciate the power of balanced movement, core strength, and mind to body awareness; major tenets of the method. Through this new found strength and knowledge she deepen her passion for Pilates by enrolling in the Balanced Body Teacher Training. Trisha believes that movement is essential to a happy and healthy life and she enjoys teaching others as well as practicing regularly herself.
