Class cancellations at Move With Studio require at least a 12-hour notice in order for the class to be early canceled and remain in the client’s account. Class canceled within the 12-hour period will be considered a late cancel and clients will lose their class. All cancellations of private, duet, and Fascial Stretch Therapy appointments require a notice of 24-hours in order for the session to be saved and remain in the client’s account. Anything under 24-hours will result in a loss of the session.


All sales are final and we do not offer refunds for class packages or private sessions. Please be aware of expiration dates on all purchases as they may vary depending on the type of package, class, or session. All regularly priced packages and sessions expire 6 months after the purchase date. All New Client and Promotional Packages expire 30 days from date of purchase.

Waitlist Policy

There are 3 spots on the waitlist. Adding your name to the waitlist provides you a great opportunity to get into class! We will contact you via email or phone if a spot opens up and you can decide if you want to join the class. If you want to stop by to see if there is a no show, please do so.
